Recruiting Impact: Unexpected visitor

For the Class of 2014 recruiting cycle, the Oregon Ducks have been strong and steady with a new commitment coming in at one or two per month. Last week four-star wide receiver Jalen Brown brought the total group to ten as the first commit at his position.

For Matt Lubick's wide receiver unit, Brown's pledge represented half of the position target given the graduations of seniors Josh Huff and Daryle Hawkins after this season. Given the versatility of Oregon's athletes that play either side of the ball, Lubick could even take a third if it was the right guy.
