Missouri 8-Man teams have reached the quarterfinal round opening the playoffs Friday evening with the top eight teams in the Show-Me State.? Mound City earned the top ranking in the final Missouri 8-Man poll and will open their playoff defense of their 2008 Show-Me Bowl title as they host 9-1 Worth County.?

The Orrick Bearcats enter the 2009 playoffs with a 39-game winning streak and a quest to join Harrisonville and Platte County as they most recent teams to win three consecutive Show-Me Bowl titles.? The Bearcats open with 3-7 Maysville and view potential showdowns with Penney(9-0), Wellington Napoleon(9-1), Marceline(10-0), and King City(8-2) on their road to the Edward Jones Dome.
