October 31, 2009 Around the Show-Me State On the final week of the 2009 Missouri prep football season teams punched their ticket into the MSHSAA playoffs and began checking brackets to see which teams they would meet up with in the opening round. Here is a look at news around the Show-Me State as the playoffs approach. Webster Groves completed their 9-0 regular season with a victory over Chaminade. In the victory the Statesmen showed their defensive might shutting down talented Chaminade running back Rob Standard. The Wildcats edged Summit 16-14 to win district 1 with a 3-0 mark.
