The Holden Eagles avenged an earlier defeat advancing with a 36-28 victory over Higginsville. Leading the charge on the ground senior Max Mickey rushed for 375 yards and all five Eagle touchdowns. The Eagle defense took advantage of five Higginsville turnovers.
